Reasons for Reaves

Reason number 7:
Space is used efficiently.

Most steel buildings have sloped ceilings, and this design is inefficient to heat and cool. In fact, a sloped ceiling will cause thermal climbs of approximately 10 degrees for each 8 feet of additional ceiling height. A Reaves building has a flat ceiling, which is thermally efficient. It also is more aesthetically appealing in many applications.
