Among post frame buildings for agricultural or commercial applications, you won't find a better choice than the Modified Reaves. This totally engineered building features patented, pre-fabricated braced panels in all corners for increased strength.

Plus, the Modified Reaves is engineered to withstand 90 mph winds in a C exposure and hold 20, 30 or 40 pounds per square foot of snow load. On top of this are industry safety factors. Reaves also builds to the strictest deflection criteria in the industry.

All structural lumber is MSR (Machine Stress Rated) where required
Building is anchored to concrete footings and frost walls
2" x 4" MSR purlins fit flush between top chord of trusses (purlin size and spacing may change due to engineering design)
